Send Via Internet Banking

Transfer funds directly to any bank account in Kenya instantly, 24/7.

Log into your banks internet banking portal

Navigate to local transfers or Pesalink under Payments/Transfers.

Select Account enter the details and confirm via OTP/email.

Select the beneficiary, enter the amount and optional reference and then proceed.

Confirm Details

Confirm the details displayed on the page, which you entered in steps 4. The recipient's name will also be displayed

Receive SMS Notification

You will receive an SMS confirmation notification from thee bank indicating the recipient's account number, bank name, amount sent and reason for payment

Send via USSD

Transfer funds directly to a recipient's phone number linked to their bank account.

Dial your bank's USSD code.

Using your Bank app, USSD, ATM, or internet banking, select "Pesalink" from the menu options

Enter your pin and select Pesalink.

Select "Send To Phone" on the Pesalink menu option

Choose send to account then enter the recipient's mobile number or select their bank.

Input the amount and an optional payment reason.

Enter amount to pay

Confirm Details

Confirm the details displayed on the page, which you entered in steps 3 and 4. The recipient's name will also be displayed

Receive SMS Notification

You will receive an SMS confirmation notification from Pesalink indicating the name of the recipient, amount sent and bank name

Send via mobile banking

Connect your bank account to your phone number for seamless transfers. This only needs to be done once.

Open your bank's mobile banking app and log in.

Tap Transfers (or Payments) and select Pesalink.

Choose Send to phone or Send to Account, then enter the recipient's mobile number or select their banking.

Enter the amount and if prompted add the reference/note

Confirm Details

Confirm the details displayed on the page which you selected in steps 3 and 4.

Receive SMS Confirmation

You will receive an SMS confirmation notification from Pesalink.
